The R6 RACE is equipped with an aggressive bodywork bearing the iconic M-shaped front air intake. The bodywork is inspired by the M1 factory MotoGP® and offers maximum aerodynamic efficiency to reduce lap times, while the Compact Deltabox chassis, sculpted aluminum fuel tank and slim magnesium subframe keep you in close contact with the bike on the straightaway.
Available in Tech Black, the more stripped-down R6 RACE is the perfect bike for everyone, from track racers to ambitious racers looking to make a name for themselves with their first big win. With numerous WorldSSP titles to its credit, the lightweight 599cc inline-four engine has proven to be the fastest in the business, and with Yamaha’s Microprocessor Controlled Intake (YCC-I) and controlled throttle By Yamaha Microprocessor (YCC-T), plus a slipper clutch, close ratio 6-speed gearbox and Quickshift Gearbox (QSS), the track-engineered R6 RACE gives you the ultimate level of control.
